Situated in the attractive rural area of SW Vendée with its favourable microclimate (sunshine hours rival those of the French Riviera), Le Point du Jour is stone-built with exposed wooden beams; restored to full modern standards – 3 bedrooms, sitting room with dining area, well - equipped kitchen, 3 WC’s, 1 bath and 1 shower.

The lovely garden of about an acre has paved terraces with wooden dining furniture, large parasol, sun-loungers and barbecue. There are swings for the children and the large games room has table-tennis, snooker table and dartboard.

Golden beaches, backed by pine forest, and countryside filled with ancient châteaux, prehistoric remains, green waterways and excellent waymarked routes make this an area not to be missed.
